Return Window: Eligible items may be returned within 7–14 days of delivery.  

Return Conditions: To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.  

Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return:  

• Customized or personalized books  

• Digital downloads  

• Clearance items
